The novel “Aaina Zaar” by Laiba Syed has several interesting characters and a complex story. Here’s a simple overview:

1. Azhaad Shah: A rich and successful businessman who is rude and doesn’t like women.
2. Azlan Shah: Azhaad’s younger brother, a university student who gets into serious trouble.
3. Sameer: A police officer who admires Anaya Malik for her bravery and honesty, and he starts to like her.
4. Mashal : A university student and the daughter of Akbar Hamdani. She is Azlan’s junior at university.
5. Anaya Malik : A famous lawyer who is bold and doesn’t talk much. She helps Azhaad with a problem, and they start to get along. She also becomes Azlan’s lawyer to help him out of trouble.

Azhaad is initially rude to Anaya when they meet for a business matter, but she helps him solve a problem, and they start to get along. Sameer meets Anaya during a murder case and likes her for her courage and intelligence. Azlan gets trapped in the murder of Akbar Hamdani, Mashal’s father, and Azhaad asks Anaya to be Azlan’s lawyer.

Other important characters include Duraab (Azhaad’s best friend), Javeed Shah (Azhaad’s uncle), and Sabiha (Anaya’s assistant).

I enjoyed reading this novel because the writer has done a great job. I dislike the negative characters because they deceive people who trust them. The story made me realize that people can be very deceptive.
